阿里山 (Alishan)

Back in March, we got to go to 阿里山 (Alishan), a stunning national park in the mountains of Taiwan. It was a special time of year...cherry blossom time! Talk about beautiful. See for yourself.
We got to see some fun aboriginal dancing as we were entering the park.

Beautiful Whitney and the beautiful cherry blossoms.
Blue-eyed babes.

Kevyn, Whit, Susan, me

These trees form a heart.
Taiwanese dogs tend to be pretty fashionable. :)
This tree trunk resembles a pig.
I wish pictures could capture the true beauty...
The Taiwanese are pretty conservative people. In general, no one makes a show. And lots of things we wouldn't think twice about are considered "dangerous." So you can imagine what was running through people's heads as Susan performed this little stunt. :) All eyes were on her.

These guys wanted to take a pic with Whit. :)

Yet another beautiful adventure on this beautiful island. :) Sooo much fun.
